John 20:1-18

Sunday’s Coming – John 20:1-18

What tragedies or injustices have you experienced? (What’s been unfair in your life?)

How do you think Jesus’ disciples felt after they saw Jesus die on the cross?

Read John 20:8-9 – the other disciple “saw and believed” and didn’t understand the Scripture. What do you think this disciple believed? Sometimes we think that in order to believe we must understand everything, but what does this passage say about that?

After the disciples saw that the tomb was empty they went back to their home. What do you think they told the other disciples?

Does God show favoritism? Can we make God love us more than he already does?

What does Jesus’ resurrection mean for those who believe in him?
